What does a HubSpot implementation include?
A GearSense implementation turns an agreed business process into a working HubSpot setup. The starting scope covers one process in one portal using native HubSpot capabilities, with assessment, process design, implementation, verification, documentation and training.
A new portal may need its foundations designed first. An existing portal may need a focused improvement rather than a rebuild. We establish that during discovery, before recommending the work.
What will your team receive?
| Stage | What we work through | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | Your goals, process owners and current challenges. | A shared brief and a clear next step. |
| Your starting point | Processes, data and tools for a new setup; a review of your portal if it already exists. | A foundation for the proposed solution. |
| Agree the plan | Scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria and delivery responsibilities. | An agreed implementation plan and fixed quote. |
| Build and verify | Configuration and testing against your agreed requirements. | The working setup and its documentation. |
| Launch and enable | Your sign-off, team training and ongoing support needs. | A handover your team can use. |
A practical example: demo request to sales follow-up
Suppose a demo request is assigned to an owner, but nobody checks whether the lead receives a response. A focused project can define who owns each request, when a follow-up task is created, what counts as completed activity and when a manager should be notified.
Those rules become the design and test cases. Existing ownership, missing owners and repeat submissions need to be considered before activation. The exact workflow depends on your HubSpot subscription and the agreed scope.
This is an illustrative project example, not a customer result or a promise of a particular implementation time.
How is implementation different from onboarding?
When comparing proposals, ask who will actually configure the portal. Guided onboarding can leave configuration and execution with your team. GearSense scopes hands-on delivery: we build, verify and document the agreed solution, and your team reviews and approves it.
Check the exact services in each proposal. HubSpot software, any HubSpot onboarding charges and third-party subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included. GearSense does not promise that an external onboarding fee will be waived.
What changes the scope and price?
Additional business processes, multiple portals, significant data cleanup, CRM migration, custom integrations and more complex governance can expand the work. We agree these requirements before quoting rather than treating every company as the same setup.
The €2,500 starting price is for a focused deployment, not a complete enterprise transformation. A larger team can still start with a focused first project; a small team can have a complex integration requirement. Scope determines the quote.
What happens after launch?
GearSense Access starts at €490 per month per HubSpot portal for teams that want to work independently with agreed capabilities, usage and support. GearSense Managed starts at €1,490 per month per portal and includes Access, a monthly strategy review and agreed delivery capacity.
We work with businesses across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Bring your goals, existing tools and the people who own the process. We will use that context to define the next step.
