What are managed HubSpot services?
Managed HubSpot services provide ongoing help to maintain and improve the way your business uses HubSpot. GearSense Managed combines priorities and process design with hands-on delivery, so your team can agree what matters and have the scoped work built, checked and documented.
It is designed for teams with a continuing list of improvements: new handoffs, workflow changes, reporting requirements or adjustments as the business grows. You keep responsibility for business decisions and approval; we provide the agreed expertise and delivery capacity.
What does GearSense Managed include?
| Part of the service | What it means for your team |
|---|---|
| GearSense Access | Use the agreed GearSense capabilities, with included usage and technical support defined in your plan. |
| Monthly strategy review | Review business priorities and decide which HubSpot improvements should come next. |
| Delivery plan and capacity | Agree the work, its dependencies and the capacity available to deliver it. |
| Implementation and verification | Build supported changes and check them against the agreed requirements. |
| Documentation | Keep a usable explanation of the delivered setup and the rules behind it. |
Your proposal defines the exact scope. Managed does not mean every request is included or that delivery capacity is unlimited.
How does ongoing delivery work?
- Bring the priorities. Share the outcomes you need and the processes causing friction.
- Agree the next work. Decide what fits the plan, what depends on other work and what needs a separate quote.
- Build and verify. We implement the agreed changes and check the result with the relevant process owners.
- Review and document. Your team approves the delivered work and receives the information needed to use it.
- Revisit the plan. Use the monthly strategy review to adjust priorities as the business changes.
Response times, delivery capacity and working arrangements are agreed in your proposal. A monthly fee does not imply a dedicated full-time person or round-the-clock support.
Should you hire a HubSpot administrator or use a managed service?
An internal administrator can be a good fit when you need someone embedded in daily operations with a steady workload and direct ownership of internal coordination. A managed service can fit when you need a defined amount of specialist support and delivery without creating a full-time role.
The two can also work together. Your internal owner can maintain business priorities and stakeholder relationships while GearSense handles agreed implementation work. Compare the capacity, availability and responsibilities you actually need; do not compare a scoped monthly plan with a full-time role as if they provide identical coverage.
How much does managed HubSpot support cost?
GearSense Managed starts at €1,490 per month per HubSpot portal and already includes Access. Your final price depends on the agreed usage, delivery capacity, operating requirements and support. You do not add the Access starting price on top of Managed.
Initial implementation, applicable taxes, HubSpot licences and third-party software are separate unless explicitly included. Larger projects, migrations, custom integrations or work beyond the monthly scope receive a separate quote. Additional paid capacity requires your approval.
Can you start with Managed if HubSpot is not implemented yet?
Yes. We first define the foundation your team needs and quote the initial implementation separately. For an existing portal, a focused review can identify what should be corrected before ongoing improvements begin.
If your team wants to make supported changes independently, GearSense Access starts at €490 per month per portal. Choose Managed when you also want our team involved in strategy and delivery. We work with businesses across Europe, the UK and the US, from small teams to complex organisations.
